Soviet Armies surrendering?

Post by AlexSF »

I just noticed that now, encircled Soviet Corps and Armies surrender instead of being displaced (Minsk pocket in June 41)
Major change since now the Soviet will have to spend AP to recreate these Armies, right?

Iam sure they return in Ural like others units but the biggest risk now is to loose a leader every time

Plus you loose significant manpower unlike before when there was just some attrition from displacement

Well if they return later on like other surrendered units it's less severe...I'm curious to see if they do.

You can click "Destroy Unit" in the unit card to immediately respawn in the Urals. This is new in 12.xx
