add ons

Hi I have just brought the war in the east and the 2 add ons. I can play the war in the east ok but I can not use the add ons. I can down load them ok but when I use the code key given me it will not work says error in both of them. I have tried the code key that came with the war in the east but that does not work as well.

Did you buy via Matrixgames or Steam ?
Where did you try to enter the code ?
For the Matrixgames version the code for the respective addon will only be required once during the addon install, for Steam once at the activation.

Got it Via matrix

The code that I got when I brought the Lost battles via Matrix DOES NOT WORK all I get is invalid code. I have tried to down load it now about 10 times and use the code that was given me at the time. it will not work. full stop.

Please use the support link on top right and open a helpdesk ticket. I'm sure they are able to help you with the invalid code problem. They should be able to verify what kind of code you got and issue you a new one if the old one was wrong.
