rail capacity

I am playing the Bitter End Campaign as Germans. All of a sudden , its still August 1941, I get zero rail capacity for 3 straight turns. I have zero units "in transport". Whats the deal? This was my favorite game? Help?

I am playing the Bitter End Campaign as Germans. All of a sudden , its still August 1941, I get zero rail capacity for 3 straight turns. I have zero units "in transport". Whats the deal? This was my favorite game? Help?

Last time this happened someone left an HQ on rails and the next turn saw it get all the SUs and use up all the rail cap. When you say nothing is in transport, check in the units tab and filter to see if anything is loaded. If so that could be the problem.

Check at the end of every turn if you have units loaded on rails that you could unload so that it does not use the rail cap from next turn.
