I am playing as Axis against Soviet normal AI under patch 1.06.06. The current turn is 66, 9/17/1942, when I occupied both soviet permanent supply sources, Baku and Chelyabinsk. I hit End Turn and the AI began running logistics phase, until the 'check unit surrender' segment, the game froze, for already 16 hours. I have every reason to believe that the game program will never see this through.
I experimented with this a little bit and found out that if only Baku was occupied, the program wouldn't freeze. Only when both Baku and Chelyabinsk were occupied would this freeze occur.
