Looking for a soviet opponent

Hi All,

Right here goes been playing the game for several months against the AI with varying degrees of success.

I feel ready for a leap of faith to play my first vs "Real Person" game

As a guide I can do 4/5 turns a week.

Set up:

PBEM game,
Non-random or random weather (no preference)
Mild winter, and no +1 attack/Defence.

House rules open to discussion.
