garrison (next turn) calculations

garrison (next turn) calculations

Jul 31 43 . I have all garrisons at 100% more in the garrisons screen , BUT as I am going to end turn (PBEM game) systems says I am down the requirements


last turn it was the same , I hit end turn and a heavy VP malus hit me, as NE east france was at 96%...I have taken some troops from belgium there and now it shows as in the attached image..... but It seems it will happen again...is there some way of preventing this?

Check garrison requirements in cities.
Avignon is undergarrisoned (10CV with at least one Sec unit needed)

THANKS!!! it was avignon indeed , moved a div there and the message does not apperar now. I was thinking (with no base it seems) that city garrisons did not matter until september.

An easy indicator for garrison problems is the Partisan Activity row - if that value skyrockets then there's the problem
