yes, works for me on a clean install of windows 11

so far so good, while the setup of WITE2 was easier and better for a 300% DPI user like myself, wasn't an issue to fix and sort out a steam install windowed first screen error and then a minor video error either, changed to windowed and then altered the video folder name so it doesn't run and worked a treat in full screen on my setting with no other issues, yes still can cause issues if you alt tab in and out and have a auto hidding task bar like me in windows 11, but that issue with on windows 10 as well, so not a later issue or one for windows 11 only
