ORIGINAL: KWG

The 1 millionth vehicle arrives in France. More on the way...

French civilians join the cause.

Open ....PAVED roads

Rain, sleet or snow..... and that is just the American postal service...

The American Army is a bad weather army..... not a army of "summer soldiers and sunshine patriots".

As the Hessian soldiers found out at the Battle of Trenton January 2, 1777, so shall these Hessians.

Week 71

Had to take a road trip last week. Didnt want to go but I was needed. So Ive been away from the computer and only looked at my turn quickly before I left.

I did get some Russian 7.62x39mm ammo out of it so it was a good trip.

Checked with Pelton about version he was playing, He says he likes to update during game and to update to .2, which I will do.

Will take a couple of days to finish turn. Being back home Ive noticed that a tree fell during the heavy rain last week and I will have to get rid of it before the next rain.

If fell right where the creek goes into to the river and can cause a build up of debris and flooding. Cant wait for the beavers to do it and Iam sure the otters will appreciated it, so they can swim.

Here is how the front looks. A big German pull back this turn. Should be a interesting turn. Hope I still giving the Germans a good game.

A quick up-date from the Western Front.
30 day rule = no turns in 30 days by one player the other wins by default.
Once the HQ bombing “loop hole” was closed by 2by3, Germany was able to stabilize the front just to the west of Paris on October 2nd 1944. The lines basicly were static for 2 months, with German resistance growing stronger with every turn.
That is all from the Western Front.
