Western Allies (Me) - Winter 1941:
Oil fields in Iraq are now secured. In terms of technology, I am mainly focusing on naval and air units. I need to be strong at it before investing anything in ground units. The objective is to counter the German subs in the Atlantic and the Japanese navy in the Pacific.

Thanks for accepting my challenge for a server game of AWD. I've posted my Summer '39 turn.

It's been a long time since I read an AAR here. Nice to see that done. I read every post on the AAR of my mod. One thing though. I keep telling people that the regular scenario isn't the way to play it solo. Axis Blitz should have been picked. The Axis have their OOB and tech levels adjusted to what suits them best for how they are scripted. For instance, Germany, like in this AAR, will go into the Battle of Britain under prepared and just get chewed up. You could play the standard scenario and select a harder difficulty. That's one way, but the superior way is to just pick Axis Blitz or Arsenal of Democracy and leave the difficulty at the normal level. It will be the better game for it. The Battle of Britian will be a burden to overcome and North Africa won't be a cake walk like it turned out here. Just use the normal scenario of A World Divided for player vs player games.

You are right. This is why I have stopped this AAR when I have sunk the Japanese carriers quite easily. I will restart one with 1.07 and the Axis Blitz scenario.
