Romania and Bulgaria joined; their militias will be put in good use.

Luftwaffe hits a convoy off England; fails, and the bomber is damaged (even though the defender losses were about 0.50, while the attacker losses were about 0.10).

Japan:

Chinese collaborators are parading in Chunking, because most of China is now 'liberated'. Kunming pocket eliminated, with no losses (gaining some shiny medals [;)]).

About the trick at Malta: There's a rule about transports, which enable them to move freely into and out of ISLAND docks. Malta just meets the requirements. [;)]
