Allied Fall 43 - Europe
A Russian armor blitzes into undefended Hungary, trashing the rails, resource & factory. 5 Sturmovik Corps hit the rail yards in Rumania - elite unit scores an autohit on the defending Rumanian fighter. The northern Russian army group moves towards East Prussia.
The massive German concentration in Kiev is now in awkward position; Germany lacks sufficient supply to move the entire force and will need to repair rails simply to get supplies to them.
Russia takes Northern Persia to seize the resources and cut off free trade with Germany.
With Vichy in the war the Western Allied 5-range HBs can now fly through Northern Italy to service targets unprotected by Me-262. They take out the rails in Yugoslavia, 4 resources, 1 trannie and a Stuka. A Morocco-based B-25 bags another trannie, leaving 1 Italian trannie in the Med.
This leaves Axis positions in the Middle East cut off from resupply from Europe; the WA forces in the Indian theatre attempt to exploit this situation by bombing out the refinery in Iraq and moving an army into Southern Persia for a winter assault into Iraq against the immobilized defenders.
ASW work is a minor disaster; 2 scarce LSs are damaged with 2 Italian subs destroyed. CV strikes in the Pacific also go poorly ... 3 CAGs kill a single Japanese trannie, score 2 misses against a single Japanese BB. 1 Japanese SUB damaged by a LS and 1 Jap HB damaged by a WA HB. Four Allied 8/8 fighters launch against two Japanese 6/6 fighters in SE Asia with poor results; 2 Japs destroyed but 2 WA damaged.
