Sp. ´44.
Germany turn... Well there where no majore offensives this time... Gibraltar was to heavily reinforced and the growing menace in Odessa has put me in defensive mode. Trenches have been dig all over Rumania, and Panzers are being deployed in E. Poland...
Art&inf&flak have received new and improved models and I am eager to try them on my SU friends.
Stalin come out and plaaaay[:D]

Here is current unit on the field, note that is ´44 and Germany is burdened by the fights on east and west...

Ps. SU has really muster all peasants from the fields...Look at the number of infantry and militia! Who will now feed the chicken and milk the cows? Hah and those peasants are suppouse to stop my armies?! HA HA HA HA kof kof, Hitler is smailing so I must too[:'(]

Japanese troops disappoint with their performance this spring. A stubborn Chinese Infantry withstands massive air and naval bombardment and refuses to retreat, forcing expensive troop redeployments.

Fleets in the extreme south Pacific perform disgracefully.

However, during an attempt to swing around to western India, Japan discovers the Middle Eastern American Carrier fleet. Despite being outnumbered, the Japanese perform well in this case, neutralizing that threat. The expenditure of supplies on that naval exercise force Japan to hold off on its main assault on India till summer. All in all, there was some effective counter-insurgency efforts and some chinese partisans are rounded up and given a stern warning before being well fed and returned to their mothers.

Dahnyul as Japan sends Spring '44 turn to Haudrauf as Russian/Chinese.

Some success in India is followed by disappointment in China, and a transport strike reveals the deadly and well supplied force Japan must soon face.

Germany's turn.

It could be an Axis victory though. If it is, congratulations and it was a well played (albeit painful for us) game.

Fall ´44
Germany turn... Reassigned army group south from Odessa to E. Poland/Rumania...
In E. Poland I have a strong force in response of that communist pigs who are again marching from Leningrad towards E. Poland... When will they learn?
Now Stalin must be very careful about his actions... If he will provoke any further I will have to do additional steps....
Here is the world map... We are close to AV, which is odd this late in the game[:D]

F44 Dahnyul as Japan sends turn to Haudrauf as Ru/Ch

Low on supplies meant very little action. some re-positioning. Never enough troops to keep Chinese partisans in check. Finished Indian Campaign. American CV's back on deck, so Japan's time is running out. Still, not nearly enough American forces in Britain to pose a threat. This hinders Russia who is alone to face Germany.

A fun game.

Japan not up for a fight this winter. Some repositioning and a bit of economic investment in our colonies, repairing resources.

Chapeau to Kondor and Dahnyul - the heroic defenders f Kharkov were dying in vain. Without the intervention of the Lord himself we will see your AV at the end of fcms turn

Well, it was an AV for the Axis - Winter 1945!

Score: Axis:5193. Allies: 1596

Congratulations guys, this was a very interesting game. I've never seen an AV occur that late before.

While you had the upper hand for just about all of the game (that sub war absolutely killed me), I really thought we were in with a change once I invaded Western Europe in 1943. After the fluke German victory pushed me back into the sea it was pretty much downhill from there.

Once again, nice job guys and good game.

Thanks for a good match guys[:)]. That late AV is little of the standard, but the German war machine just needed some extra time to fully blossom I guess...

Thanks for a good game.

Now with both games wrapped up, my life will be empty, and checking my email each day will once again revert to a sad and unfulfilling ritual.

I had fun.
