I would like more ToolTips

Maybe I am a weasel but there is one item that keeps me from playing this game much. Lack of ToolTips. Every time I come back to it I end up not finishing what I started. Some screens have a few tooltips, others have none! There is so much information to remember, it would make it so much easier to play if there were descriptive tooltips on every menu. AACW and BoA games have tooltips everywhere and it really helps to hover the mouse over an item and be reminded of what it's for. Especially when there are number like 6(3/13). I have to go back to the manual and find out what those three numbers represent. Several times of doing this and I am ready to go back to another game.

The manual is beautiful and very informative, but I can't remember eveything in that 182 page behemoth. I go into all the different menus and I get information overload trying to remember what the legends stand for.

More ToolTips please?! [&o]
