Purchase Transports? page 21 in manual...

I saw on Page 21 (manual) that it is possible to purchase Air Transports or Rail Transports. Where are these things shown on Page 21?

But i never saw it on the purchase screen. How to do?

There are even ships etc. - same here.

I thought i need to buy a Rail Transport unit and bring my tanks on it. Is this possible?

No. A unit that starts on a railhead can be on rail transport by clicking on the transport button. Same with air transport for infantry starting on airfields. You don't "buy" transport units.

In Ports you put units on a see transport. Infantry can in airfields get on an airtransport (only paratroopers can parachute out) and fly to another friendly airport, units in a city with rail connection can be put on rail-transport and can only disembark in another city connected by rail.
