hang or freeze

Constant non response at the end of a scenario. Sealion 42.
can get to the briefing screen for the next campaign
but goes no further. Task manager shows 'not responding'.
I tried to attach the saved file but the message is that the save is not supporteds.

It only happened with sealion42?
Have you started the campaign before updating to 1.01?
