Hello.
I bought and downloaded P.C. yesterday and I am really looking forward playing it.
Unfortunately after installing the program and starting the game in the menue the screen ends with showing the slitherine symbol. (only once with a complete black screen.)
The installation (German version) was supposed to be successful.
I'm playing with a Windows 7 laptop with 1360 x 768 resolution.
Any idea what to do?

Open the folder where you've installed the game and rename "Audio" and "Video" to "_Audio" and "_Video".

1. click on "START" or "Windows key+R"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. open the text file, copy the contents, and post along with your issue.

Hello again.
Acutally, it only seemed to be running well. I have the same problem that kaosanubis was posting here on the 8/6/13 that the game freezes after whishing to start a new game.
The uninstalling and re-installing did not really change anything.

Acutally, it only seemed to be running well. I have the same problem that kaosanubis was posting here on the 8/6/13 that the game freezes after whishing to start a new game.
The uninstalling and re-installing did not really change anything.

Acutally, it only seemed to be running well. I have the same problem that kaosanubis was posting here on the 8/6/13 that the game freezes after whishing to start a new game.

It was the first time when I bought it. In the meantime I uninstalled and re-installed it quite often. Following the different hints in this forum to solve my problems.
It wasn't always possible to uninstall the programm properly. So I had to delete all the files in the relevant folders instead.

At the moment I installed it under own documents/games/panzercorps.
But I also tried it under the suggested Path C:
Didn't make a differnce.

Don't install in Program Files (x86) or documents/games/panzercorps. Try installing in C:\ Slitherine instead.
Uninstall the game. Download attached to this post. Unzip and run the extracted file. It will ask permission for edit your Windows registry data, please allow it. This will erase any previous registry keys regarding PzC installation.
Then install the game again, but this time try installing in a different path. In the following example I've used D:\Slitherine, but you can use C:\Slitherine
Check the install folder before pressing Next (in your case install folder should show C:\Slitherine\Panzer Corps). Look the :

Try updating your graphic drivers from Asus:

Also try disabling your Internet Security package. Perform always this suggestions as admin.
Something in your system is interfering, but it's hard to diagnose without being in front of the system, so I can only basically offer suggestions.

Hiya have the problem CRC check failed done everything mentioned in this thread,about 3 times.What puzzles me is I do not get the option to change the installation folder it keeps reinstalling in the first folder I put it in which unfortunately was my games folder and I did not open another folder eg games/Panzer went straight into games.wether this is the problem not sure need help.BTW the demo ran well uninstalled which I regret as I could be practising ")
