Panzer Corps DLCs not available despite owning the game?

I own Panzer Corps on Steam, but none of the DLCs are unlocked. I assume none of them are unlocked if you bought the game before the Gold Edition came out, or the older version or something? I don't see any of the DLC options in the Steam library page either.

I guess I'm stuck with just the base game? Do I have to rebuy the game to get the DLCs?

I have screenshots, but the forums give me the message of it being forbidden...

Did you manage to activate PzC Gold and verify that the DLCs are installed ?
