I watched the marathon broadcast: it sucked me in and I was gripped for its entirety. I truly enjoyed the day. The quality of gameplay was absorbing in its detail and historical realism. The courier system was great to see in action. The expert players did a fine job in showcasing the game. Moreover, the commentary given by the gentleman who also demonstrated uniforms and equipment was informative and enlightening (even entertaining at times with his microphone technique ;) ). Scourge of War: Waterloo has reawakened my wargaming bug from the early 1970s -- tabletop days. Digital for me now, any day!

Did I buy the game consequently? I sure did; the amount of dedication the devs have put into the game made me accept the high pricetag for this high quality, niche product.

So the marathon broadcast garnered at least one new recruit/fan. I now need to get comfortable with the control system after which I look forward to the multiplayer game. I look forward to meeting you online.

I was able to watch some of the live event and have since watched it all on youtube, and thoroughly enjoyed all of it! I listened with headphones so I was able to understand the dialogue for the most part. A live event is very stressful for all involved and I thought you guys pulled it off spectacularly! I'm sure the audio will be better in future productions. Congratulations on a job well done!

I was able to watch some of your live event. I watched it on Twich. Same event? I just bought the game after reading about the... tutorial! Yes, the step-by-step thing for novices, newbies and apprentices [8D] I hope to find a really good tutorial.

I gladly paid my first "full price" after years because you guys deserve every penny!
