No APs? Help

Hi, my game has been moving along quite nicely, I have truck stations near the front and suddenly OOS units and hexes say No AP when hovering over them even though I have plenty of logistics points. Any Ideas Appreciated!

AP's are action points. If you check the supply situation of the units (individual ones, in one of the info boxes), it is ok?

I am not quite sure what you are asking about.

Is this about unit AP?
Logistics AP?
Do you actually have the resources in storage before you hit end turn? Production is too late, always confusing people.
What are "OOS Units"?
Could you maybe give us a image of what is wrong?

Especially when some random animal decides to occupy your road and you don't realize it until 2 turns later...
