Did anybody told them, they will have to tore down those high level Rail stations and suffer huge logi penalty for number of turns?
Or they will just build them a hex in-front of the town...?🤔

Nah, they just upgrade the regular rail stations (lvl2and up) to HS rail stations. They can do that now that the world has been patched to allow it.
