Assets - any defense bonus. Same for Free folks cities

Good afternoon Generals,

As in the subject - are there any bonuses when defening on a hex with an asset or with free folks cities?
In the manual, I have only founded "agriculture"

No bonus defending on a hex with an asset as far as I know.

Agriculture and ruins are terrain types which provide combat modifiers. Technically not a defense bonus, but attack reduction for armor unit types etc. Obviously these terrain types are frequently colocated with city assets, farm assets, mine assets, but not strictly so.

There is, actually, this is from a patch from Summer 2021:
-Added Bunkerization Asset Types level I to VII. Each bunker point halves one structural damage point the hex it is in suffers and adds 'extra entrenchment bonus' to troops defending the hex.
-Other Asset levels provide some bunker points as well for the purpose of entrenchment bonus. This makes urban and industrial centers easier to defend. *
The bonus isn't that high though. Each asset provides some bunker points as said above, and then the bunker points get split up between units defending the hex. It shows up as "extra entrenchment" only in combat details, like with regular bunkers, though note that (as with bunkers) it works as a modifier to regular entrenchment, so the units need to be dug in for it to do anything.
