Scenario editor?

Am I correct to understand the next big development goal on the roadmap is a scenario editor?

If so, do we know any details as to its features and what it will allow you to configure for a game?

Not sure but my best guess is that it would take the form of an editor Akin to the old civilization editors or CIV-V SDK. Basically random gen options but also the ability to tweak every single tile as desired

Vic said than it would be pretty challenging to make an scenario editor so we shouldn't expect it anytime soon. Right now he is working on the "story and strategram" editor, so you can make yourself your own cults and so on

Vic explicitly said he is working on somehing - he called it the "S&S Editor" (Savegame & Scenario I guess).
He also said it will be comming to the Betas after 1.09 release. Which just happened.
