Are these stratagem cards documented in the Encyclopedia?

They are listed under Staff C. in Stratagem Encyclopedia yes, though they might be hard to make out. They are:

• Expel Population (only one with no Regime Feat requirement)
• Forced Relocation (autocracy-40 or government-60 profile)
• Suppress Unrest (autocracy-50 or enforcement-60 profile)
• Pillage (autocracy-50 profile)
• Raze (autocracy-80 profile)
• Razzia (autocracy-90 profile)

So only one stratagem type will be generated from the category unless you have autocracy, government or enforcement profiles.

I was looking for the other definitions of occupation, sadly ... alas; as in occupation to keeps one's self busy and out of trouble whilst also being productive to the society.
