[1.07.03b]Windows Smartscreen blocks direct execution of ShadowEmpire.exe

I have no idea if this is a new issue, but just afte the patch I tried to run the ShadowEmpire.exe directly, and it was blocked by Windows "SmartScreen".

No issues starting it via the launcher, however.

That happens with every patch. You have to tell it that it's fine once, and then it won't ask again (until the next patch).

Starting it once via the launcher also seems to fix it.

So I guess the "this file was downloaded from the internet" protection triggers due to the beta distribution approach.
