[v1.09.05] CTD with no Error Message/Popup

As noted on the title, I keep getting a CTD after ending my turn, always seems to happen during the AI's turn. Specifically it seems to happen during Wurmstaat's turn as their moving their units (militarist regime southwest of mine, autosave is attached). Also, are crash logs generated and posted somewhere in the files if the game crashes, even without an error message? I couldn't find one going through the files. If one is indeed generated, please let me know where and I'll post it on here either as a response, edit, or google drive link.
