1.26.16 Stratagem tab bugs?

I don't know if these are bugs or it belongs in UI Improvements Suggestions. They seemed like bugs to me.

With scrap mode checked in the stratagems tab no tooltip is provided.
With small stratagems checked and hovering over a card it shows INVALID TARGET or IMPOSSIBLE every time in the window to the right.
