[1.25] Military pact active while at war

...so I cant play "Call to rebelion" - as you cant do hostile actions againts you friend. But we are at war :)

Did these pact levels decrease in the subsequent turns? How did you end up at war with these guys?

No, we keep fighting for years and still have military pact :) Since we are both republican, apparently we are both fighting with some gentlman agreements ;)

War broke, when these bastards attacked an innecent minor nation I pledge to protect.

Added a fix for this for the next patch. If you still have the save of just before it happened, could you retry with the newest patch 1.21c (coming up asap)?
