[1.26.16] No new card art in GoG version?

I have been watching some playthroughs in Youtube very recently and I noticed that some cards have new art, but the version I recently downloaded from GoG does not have this new art.
Has it not rolled out for the GoG version or have I watched multiple people with the same exact aesthetic mod by chance?
