Hide relation information for majors, more randomness to their actions

I don't think the players should be able to see the exact value associated with their relationship with other majors (especially AI). They should have some indication on their general status, apart from COLD/HOSTILE/FRIENDLY, but having the exact numeric value leads to fairly boring games. It's too easy to manipulate majors to have a high relationship status - if a major is COLD, but has a relation of 100, I'm pretty much assured that they won't attack, and can focus my forces elsewhere.

Corollary to hiding the information, the majors should have more randomness in their actions. A surprise war is obviously possible for a human to declare, but the AI's actions are always so telegraphed beforehand that it's always possible to prepare. It shouldn't be so.. In any game of late, I can pick when I start the war, rather than having to react to the AI declaring war on me.
