COLZONE ? (no it's not the pizza)

Hello,

I can't find the table referenced by this "COLZONE.X" condition? What dose it mean? and the value after the dot?
It's used for example as a condition for many Vanilla Perks (image below)
Can someone help? Even Vic maybe if you are passing there?
