AoC version of the 1938 Calm Before The Storm mod

Hello! I have been searching for the latest SCC: Global Conflict version of Cantona66's 1938 Calm Before The Storm mod. I wanted to see how much it compares to the SCC WW2: War in Europe version, but I couldn't find any downloads on the Internet, and the DropBox links provided in the linked thread below are pretty much dead. Anyone happens to have it and the stuff necessary to run it (aside from the game itself) if there is any?

I managed to find downloads with various preserved mods from the now-defunct Battlefront scenario/mod repository here, kudos to rjh1971!

Tho, I dunno if the version 3.7 (judging by the Battlefront thread, this is supposed to be the latest one), which is available there, is any different from the one Cantona66 linked in that thread of his. I am also interested if it's possible to make it work with the Strategic Command Classic version of the Global Conflict.
