Won't Start - Steam Version

Click PLAY on launcher, nothing happens every time.

1.14.00
Steam version
Win10

Tried:
Updated Video Drivers
Changed/disabled AV
Reinstalled multiple times
Verified game files
No game process running in Task Manager
Tried launching the .exe instead of launcher
Ran as administrator
Rebooting PC

Anything else I can try?

No worries, that's software sometimes - and operating systems!

The SC games have given me so much pleasure down the years, enough to pay for this title 100s of times over. But I am hoping to play the new DLC sometime.
