1914 Call to Arms Campaign does not work anymore

Hi,
since a few days, the campaign 1914 call to arms is no no longer available as an option. I still can play my PBEM games and my save games, but cannot start a new one.

Could you please help me with this one?

I would recommend reinstalling the game in case it has become corrupted in some way.
