Possible coastal raiders bug

I'm posting this as during my current PBEM game, I have seen raiders (subs in this case) still cause damage to ports and other areas at the end of the turn even after they have been forced off the red hatched areas offshore during the turn. Surely this should not be the case?

This could only be the case if the shown location is at odds with the location in the scripts.

To investigate we would really need examples to see if there is indeed a mismatch somewhere.
