Djibouti garrison

I've noticed in the games since the last update that the French colony Djibouti does not go Vichy and the garrison remains when France surrenders. But as soon as you move the garrison out and end your turn, it disappears and Djibouti suddenly goes Vichy. Glitch?

This was the original French garrison, which stayed Allied for a number of turns, then I moved it out to use in another city and it became Vichy at the end of my turn and the garrison vanished. I've never had Djibouti remain Allied before after France falls.

I guess Djibouti remains allied then as long as there is a unit in it. For sure when it's empty, it flips Vichy, even many turns later. But you can keep it allied and in the game indefinitely as long as you have a garrison there.
