Settings Screen Borked after Upgrade to 1.03

Not sure why, but this is my settings screen. I've tried restarting the game and my machine multiple times. I've also verified the game files via Steam. Any ideas?

It is still not working; thought I had it figured out but I still have the same issue.

Hi Jebboy,

Looks like the wrong background graphic is showing there for now for that particular SETTINGS screen. We are planning to allow players to adjust their in game screen resolution, but not quite yet for the current version you are playing.

I'll look into having this corrected for now,

Is there anything I can do? If I change my resolution on the laptop to a lower one would that help?

If you are after playing the game at a different resolution, then yes, setting your desktop resolution will then have an effect on what resolution the game will play at, at least for now until the next update is ready for the game with the proper implementation in place to change the resolution in game.
