Display of 10-hexes from Warsaw indications

V.17 states that 6 & 10 hexes from Warsaw will display on map, when relevant. I'm now into 1941 and I only see the 6-hex limit. Is there a way to make the 10-hex limit appear on map?

update:

it seems that the red indications appear only when the 18-units limit has been reached/exceeded (and not before, as a warning).

That is correct, as there isn't a way to get it to display as such when you haven't breached the limit, at least not without clogging the screen with icons.

So when I breach it moving a unit in range, the icons appear. If I move it away in the same turn, they remain for until next round. Does that mean, that the penalty applies if there are 18+ units at anytime during your turn? Because I always thought it was applied at end turn.

Also, it would be very helpful to have it on all the time, despite the clogging.

I agree. Isn't it possible to reduce at 50% the red icon's size?

The penalty is applied at the end of the turn if the conditions are met at the end.

However, the display is more dynamic, so as to help you to avoid this situation.
