USA has zero MPS in 1939 Scenario

Post by Eric Breuer »

Dear Sirs,

I am playing the 1939 scenario without any alterations, and the USA has zero spending points
Can anyone explain how to fix this?
See screen clip.

The USA's mobilization level is extremely low, especially given you are into August 1941.

It will help us to better understand the situation if you can explain what has happened in your game, e,g, have the Allies declared war on countries that they didn't historically?

Just a thought....

Are you currently occupying Guam and/or Wake Islands?

As each will reduce the USA Mobilization by 2 to 5 % a Turn.

Will that reduce points to zero?

It could, as there is a per turn effect on US mobilization. Best remove them asap and then watch your mobilization rise!

There are other locations too. I recommend taking a look at the section on US Neutrality on pages 16-17 of the Strategy Guide.
