Axis Opponent wanted

Hi, I want to get back in the game and therefore I am looking for an intermediate level Axis player.
I can play at least 1 turn a day and need an opponent who is willing to stick with his game to the very end

I will take you up on a match. I consider myself an intermediate player. Better Allied player than Axis but enjoy playing either side. I typically can play multiple turns a day and will play to the end, regardless of how bad my situation gets. Host game and let me know password. Any rules?

Standard ELO rules + house rules:
- Both sides: no exp farming of naval units
- Axis: no Italian navy out of Med before DOW
- Allies: no early attacks against Japan, Solomons etc. before Japan DOW
