Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

I should know this by now but don't ........

Where/how can I see individual experience ?

I can see readiness, morale, strength, action points, entrenchment .... but can't find experience .....

nevermind .. found out how ....

Is it always displayed in decimal format ? ie 0.15 vs 15%

If you go to Options -> Advanced -> Unit Experience Medals then you can change it from showing decimals into showing experience medals instead. Or vice versa if you'd rather see the decimal!
