1943 Scenario Allied Convoy Line Question

Hi..I haven't played this scenario before in an MP match but possibly getting ready too
Question is I see no UK-USSR convoy, yet the Soviets are receiving money from the Brits...is this just baked into this particular scenario?
Allied planners are curious to know...

The convoy will appear at the end of the first Allied turn. It's because it's controlled by a dummy Decision that fires in the Allied turn.

It works the same in the earlier campaigns, but isn't noticed because the USSR starts as neutral.

Oh thanks. I guess I should of hotseated beyond the first turn to get the answer
