Here is the full change list for v1.00.11

v1.00.11 BETA
- Reports screens now fully functional again with increased table sizes to allow for more chart and graph strength and loss information.
- fixed several UI issues in the Reports section.
- fixed a Transport bug that allowed players to unload transports in ports that have a strength value < 5.
- fixed a 3D sprite paratroops error for when paratroops deployed without undo moves enabled.
- fixed an AI unit purchase issue where the AI was not removing the '*' from the names of reduced cost units after purchase.
- fixed an error that allowed units that were in naval cruise to still attack after they completed their naval cruise move.
- fixed a new unit placement error that was causing the placement location to sometimes appear in odd locations, i.e. such as a allowing a naval unit to be placed on land or vice versa.
- fixed a heavy artillery error where this unit type was not firing when under AI control.
- fixed an OPTIONS screen error that caused some text to disappear when changing the border style.
- fixed several display issues in the RESEARCH screen.
- adjusted the RESEARCH screen color scheme.
- changed the highlighting of upgradeable units to only display the current value in green.
- resource AA upgrades will now only occur if there is an enemy bomber in range and so long as there are not too many enemy units in range of the resource, i.e. in anticipation that this resource may soon be lost etc.
- implemented new UI button sounds.

CAMPAIGNS
- Subs now only receive morale losses from storms (Mithrilotter).
- DE 701 Italian Expeditionary Force now requires the USSR to be at 100% mobilization to fire.
- 1941 Switched the starting position of the German I and LVI Corps (HvS).
- 1941 Reduced Grossdeutschland's experience to 0.5 as it had been raised in error.
- 1941 upgraded the German 4th and 6th Armies so they start with Mobility (HvS).
- 1941 set the British Tanks to arrive at Bristol and Red Army units that deploy in the first turn now have set locations to deploy at.
- 1941 France's MPP Liberation boost increased from 75 to 200 MPPs for 3 turns.
- usa_communication_spain1.png updated.
- Special Forces and Paratroops now inflict 20% Morale loss per attack (were 30% and 10% respectively).
- Coastal Gun Decision 627 will now only fire if London and Bristol are in Allied hands at the start of 1942.
- The Richard Sorge Pop Up will now only fire if USSR is 100% Allied .
- The UK’s Decision 108 to invest in S.O.E. now fires on or after the 1st June 1942, with the additional proviso that the USSR has joined the Allies. This is to slightly delay the deployment of any Yugoslav Partisans (TheBattlefield).
- Weather Zone 3 (British Isles) set to be Clear in summer with only a 5% chance of rain, and the chance of Mud in spring reduced to 20% with a 25% chance of rain.
- Saudi Arabian convoy to the USA now provides more MPPs if the Saudis actually join the Allies, and Saudi Arabia now starts as 0% towards the Axis so that the USA only receives advice to invest in diplomacy if it is relevant (sPzAbt653).
- Eben-Emael Pop Up corrected so it will only fire if Belgium is Allied (Xwormwood).
- The condition of Poland having surrendered has been added to some Pop Up and Mobilization events connected to the USSR's mobilization (Xwormwood).
- Removed the requirement for the USA to be at 50% Mobilization when DE 304 fires (sPzAbt653).
- Scorched Earth effect increased on UK ports.
- Decreased the reaction of Vichy France and Tunisia to an Allied Declaration of War on Algeria.
- Mention of Demyansk added to the map (sPzAbt653).
- Road added from Rabat to Oran (sPzAbt653).
- Amended the trigger for the National Morale script relating to the loss of Volkhov.


And for those that missed them here are the changelists from the v1.00.10a and b hotfixes (which are included in v1.00.11)

v1.00.10b BETA
- fixed a bug that caused subs to get stuck in Land + Sea hexes when they attempted to dive and escape, now subs will no longer enter unfriendly Land + Sea hexes when diving.
- fixed a controlled movement error for naval cruise that caused a CTD.
- fixed a naval cruise error that caused the game to freeze.
- fixed a submarine diving error that revealed its position as a darkened hex in the FoW shroud.
- fixed a partial movement and combat error that did not reduce an attacker's entrenchment value the same way it would from a full movement or a movement with no combat.
- fixed a sound and music slider error in the SETTINGS screen that did not always have these options reduce the volume all the way to 0.
- fixed a Saved game screen file name error.
- fixed a Resarch screen error that caused the game to fully refresh the entire screen when mouse hovering over the different research categories.
- paratroops now arrive off of the UNIT scripts 'Prepared' for an airborne assault.
- increased the size of the Production screen to limit overlapping of some 3D unit types.
- mouse hover information panel now shows MPP per strength point valuation for hidden resources under FoW. This helps to better identify valuable targets.


v1.00.10a BETA
- fixed an Engineers fortification error where the game was not launching the Fortify screen.
- fixed the missing MAX button from the Reinforcement screens.
- fixed a Properties screen error that did not display the Honors button.
- fixed an Upgrade screen error that allowed you to upgrade past the maximum value for an applicable research category.
- fixed a supply map display error for saved games that did not show the correct 'Show Supply' values.
- fixed a resource encirclement and cutoff calculation error when you also had 2 or more adjacent units next to the resource as the game engine was skipping the 'cutoff' re-calculation.
- fixed an assignment of friendly majors to AI control error that was losing this information when quiting the game. This is now properly preserved in the saved game files.

CAMPAIGNS
- minor adjustments to the 1941 Barbarossa campaign.
