Italian or German MPPs

In a game vs AI, the Italians invade and conquer Greece and later re-take East Africa (after losing it initially) but it doesn't seem like the game awarded them any additional MPPs for taking those locations. Did the MPPs default to Germany? Don't know how to compute that. Thanks in advance

Hi

East Africa isn't represented in the default campaigns in WWII: War in Europe so cannot be liberated in game.

In terms of MPPs, if you are playing with National Colors on (this can be checked in the Options screen) then any country that shows the same colour as Italy should be providing Italy with income.
