BUG: ?? - Country CONVOY out to more than one Country BUG

Before I add this to my bug list I wanted to confirm if this is a bug or is it intended.

I discovered you can not have a country send convoys out to 2 or more countries.

For example you can't have the USA send resource to the UK and USSR using the convoy.txt file. What I discovered is the convoy listed first takes priority and the other one is suppressed.

One note, it does not matter if the source and destinations are completely different, it still wont do it.

You are correct, a country can only have one active convoy at a time.
