Does the Editor has a Random Map Generator or you have to make a new map from scratch? Thanks

You'll need to make the map from scratch, or import the map from another scenario. There is no random map generator.

To import a map, open the scenario you want to take the map from, then go to File -> Export Data, save that somewhere, then create a new scenario file, give the map the same dimensions as the map you intend to use, then File -> Import Data and make sure all the map 'layers' are ticked.
