Just a question: is there any indication on the combat reports if the unit/s attacked has been "outflanked"?

I've never seen one in all my years of gaming. Is there a game that has that?

Dunno, Was hoping for TOAW [:)]
I`m talking a bout the "flanking bonus". Not sure I understand the new flanking rules correctly.

Here, one thing not yet seen is the Group Composition:

Image

Note the dialog now uses huge counters and there is no 3D graphic. Otherwise, the entire popup is unchanged from TOAW III.
the units' co-operation level flags are no longer there
they are now only visible in the attack planner
I'd like to see that back

Not in that pop-up windows, but when you right-click on the stack information window.

Can I see a busier Combat Planner? By busy I mean 12 or so units with some attacking, some not. I had trouble seeing the combat arrow on support units like arty and air units so I was using both by selecting the unit and planning the attack rather than the combat planner. That was a slow and tedious work around.

Somebody already made a mod; the attack arrows are now gold; check the mod section out.

Fantastic resource, thank you so much!

Have you ever edited something in the editor late at night and then the next day for the life of you, you can't find? So yeah, lol, where is the place I edit the 'force supply radius'? It's not in any of the extended menus in the edit button drop down [&:]

With the checkbox unchecked, the DBRs are circular:
Veteran players should recall that this was how they appeared under TOAW III. This mode is best for telling where the DBR originates from.

Bob, great tutorial. Very helpful. I was just cursing the hexagonal ranges. Now I had a scotch and your tutorial, playing Operation Overlord with circular ranges and I am OK!
Thanks

Just to be sure, there isn't any in-game way to change the color of the mark circles? I mean these yellow an gray circles that mark the active unit and the formation it's in.

I don't think so. There are however many mods for these files.

This mod thread includes several different color options.
