I'm curious if a y2k scenario is feasible in toaw IV?

Yes of course. The TOAW engine is remarkably flexible. If you are worried that it is WWII only - fear not. There are many modern warfare scenarios already available for TOAW III. No doubt there will be many more for TOAW IV.

I've got about half a dozen of the many that are available. Are you interested in some other period? Civil war?
