Manual TO PRINT.pdf crashes on opening

Hello,

I tried opening the TO PRINT Manual .pdf and received the following error from Adobe Acrobat Reader:

There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.

Is there any place else I can get this file? I would hate to have to uninstall and reinstall to try to get the file corrected.

I wanted to buy the physical edition but hey, 18€ shipping fees from Germany to France ? For a book, seriously ?

It's not shipped from Germany but from US.

Ok, I assumed so because of a post about Matrix opening a warehouse in Germany to reduce shipping cost.
