How do you claim a Game?

I have a few games running at the moment PBEM where some of my opponents
are AWOL, MIA,MPD etc etc

There is a feature to resign from a game but none to claim it due to
non participation by the other player.

Is there such a feature and I'm missing it

- if not surely there should be one?

This whole PBEM++ thing was not very well thought out in my opinion. It's not a bad idea just not precisely implemented.
