Rout Tool Button

I have been noticing that although I have the Rout Tool button selected (depressed) in the menu bar, the unit(s) (that must rout) are not highlighted unless I deselect and re-select the Rout Tool button and then the unit(s) will highlight. I have a lost a unit or two because they needed to rout out of harms way.

I've noticed this as well. Also noticed that sometimes the lower left selection area gets all wacked out of sorts and the best thing to do is to select another unit and then re-select the unit you need to work with again.
